This organization provides a facility for the professional development, research and exchange of information among its members and to the public and government, along with, a code of Ethics and a set of values to guide REALTORS® through every transaction.

The number one difference between The Luxury Group and our competitors is a work ethic second to none. We begin our day at eight-thirty in the morning and rarely leave before six-thirty in the evening and we are always available on Saturdays and Sundays to deliver the services our clients require.

We sell over sixty homes per year which puts us at the top of producing sales teams in Rhode Island. Our goal is to get you the most money for your home, in the fastest time possible, with the least amount of inconvenience to you, our client.

We are energetic, full time sales professionals on the cutting edge of technology. You will have FOUR experienced sales agents working for you to market and sell your home. We take every opportunity to give your home the exposure it deserves, whether it is on broker caravan tour, hosting a twilight open house, marketing it on over 100 websites or skyping a walk- through to an international buyer. We are always thinking of innovative ideas to generate buyer activity and certainly open to our clients suggestions.

Combined we have over 30 years of sales experience and pride ourselves on our strong work ethic, integrity, and genuine concern for our clients. During this time we have built an unrivalled network of buyers, investors, wealth managers, lenders, appraisers, attorneys and title companies that provide enormous value-add by keeping us at the leading edge of information flow. We are the first to know what is going on in our market place and that is key to making things happen for our clients.



Technology

We market on over 100 websites, update many of them daily, utilize pay per click web advertising for Google driving targeted traffic to our website, international presence on Worldproperties.com, and subscribe to an enhanced version of Realtor.com to ensure we are always on the first page of relevant buyer searches. We pay to receive qualified buyer leads through Tigerleads.com. Through social media, we network and advertise on Linked-in, personal and business Facebook pages, Activerain.com and feature weekly properties on our email signatures. Our listings never appear in the MLS without great pictures and virtual /video tours.

Communication

The benefit of hiring us is that there will ALWAYS be excellent lines of communications. Whether it is setting up showings, providing feedback from our websites, ads, or open houses, or simply discussing the market, we are always reachable.
